Job description

Your main challenge as a Senior HR Coordinator is to deal with several aspects of H.R. role, which includes:

- Being the first contact person by managers and employees.
- Being in contact with internal customers, their support and assessing of needs.
- Personal development.
- Supervising the inflow and outflow.
- Responsibility for payslips, payroll administration.

Requirements

As the HR coordinator you have a high degree of emotional intelligence and you are able to empathize with the needs and concerns of the colleagues. You should be able to build and maintain constructive relationships with the colleagues while remaining professional and respectful.

- HBO diploma.
- Equivalent experience in HR functions.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Analytical skills.
- Independence and proactivity in work.
